EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. Our garments are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.

In the unlikely event that something you ordered from shivangikaushik.com is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, Please contact us on shivangikaushikofficial@gmail.com to assist you on the same within 48 hours of receiving the order.

HOW TO EXCHANGE?

You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to info@shivangikaushik.com with order no and attach an image of the piece purchased. Once you have mailed us, we will help you out with the return address and procedure on the same email. The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by customer. When we deliver your corrected pair, we will take care of the shipping. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We would require all original papers to be returned with the product. SHIVANGI KAUSHIK reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold.
