Orders placed in India are catered to by safe and reliable courier companies like Blue Dart.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

We will send an email confirming your order and may contact you to confirm this before shipping the products. We would also be happy to track your shipment and will provide you with any assistance you may require post ordering. We will do our very best to update you on the status of the shipment via the email address you would have provided us with TAXES. All prices are including tax. 12% GST DELIVERY TIME. We try our best to ship our pieces to you within 2-3 weeks. The shipping time for customized orders and out of stock products would however be longer and we would keep you posted about the approximate delivery date post ordering as well. These delivery times are subject to location, distance and our logistics partners. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but will help you track down a package through our partner courier services.

We ship worldwide.

For Domestic customers: Shipping is free within India.

For International customers: We charge a minimal of Rs. 6000 per order on international shipping. Shipping and handling rates vary based on the product, its size and volume, the packaging used, vary, currency rates and the shipping destination. You will see the final shipping and handling charges at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order.

Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

DELIVERY

Shivangikaushik.com does not guarantee delivery of products in the required time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, shivangikaushik.com may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
